I had quite the adventure during my stay! The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, especially Vivi. I loved the stunning views from my beachfront bure, but it was frustrating to have no hot water for the duration of my visit. While I truly enjoyed some fantastic island-hopping activities, the booking process was a challenge as it often required a second person. Additionally, the mosquito situation was pretty intense, and I encountered cleanliness issues in my room. However, I made some great memories and loved the food! If you're an avid surfer, this is a wonderful spot to consider, but solo explorers might find better options elsewhere.

We enjoyed a delightful stay with comfortable beach-side bungalows and a great meal plan option that wasn't mandatory, which we appreciated. While the beach view and complimentary Wi-Fi were definite highlights, the management and some facilities left much to be desired. We had one unfortunate experience related to billing that dampened our overall trip, as well as some cleanliness issues in our room. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

I was very disappointed with the overall experience, and even though there were some friendly staff members, the service was overall chaotic and frustrating.
